In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "aar999," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the aar999 online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming licence.

By accessing the aar999 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the aar999 Platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

aar999 may present these Terms for your explicit acceptance at the point of registration. Ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process constitutes a binding acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

To register and maintain an Account on aar999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from aar999 or any other gaming operator.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously had an aar999 Account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on aar999. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. aar999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aar999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

aar999 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from aar999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your aar999 Account and update it regularly.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify aar999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• aar999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

aar999 reserves the right to suspend any Account that displays unusual activity, suspected unauthorised access, or behaviour inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns, pending an investigation. During such investigations, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.

aar999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within your Account's cashier section at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. aar999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, aar999 reserves the right to void any winnings associated with those funds and return the deposit amount to its source.

• Deposits are generally credited to your aar999 Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• aar999 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• aar999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions conducted on the Platform.
• Deposited funds do not earn interest and are held in a segregated account separate from aar999's operational funds.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, aar999 requires completion of our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

aar999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order they are received. aar999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal if deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all aar999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications will not be eligible for bonuses distributed via promotional channels. Bonus eligibility can be managed through your Account settings.

All bets placed and games played on the aar999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before participating. The following general rules apply across the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by aar999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• aar999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on markets that were opened due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, aar999's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your Real Money Balance upon settlement, subject to the deduction of any applicable taxes or charges required by law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aar999 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure of their Account with forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with aar999 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one aar999 Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or sports manipulation in connection with aar999 betting markets.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aar999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any aar999 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any aar999 software or content.
• Use aar999 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the aar999 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of aar999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aar999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond aar999's reasonable control.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider software malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information or content published on the Platform.

aar999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aar999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aar999's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

For disputes involving amounts below a threshold specified in the applicable arbitration rules, Players may instead refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution service designated by aar999's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aar999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent any ongoing breach of these Terms.

aar999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, aar999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, an in-Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the aar999 homepage.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. If you continue to access or use the aar999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
